City Hall in IR
After almost 3 weeks at work, I got to admit that I'm enjoying every bit of it. Woohoo!
Not easy. While friends around me are talking about their 'low' paying jobs, here I am taking home half the amount they get monthly. But hey, I rather be doing something I enjoy than work merely for the money.
Definitely I can get a much higher paying occupation, but that might not be the best for me at this point in time. Besides, money is never enough. To date, it has been sufficient! Great is He who provides.
I had the luxury of time to spend a good 45minutes at the padang just to catch a soccer match. It wasn't all that exciting, but surely therapeutic for me. I felt so relax. (No, I'm not into hypnotism or the like.)
I have always wanted to do that. Weekends had been very tight since 4 years ago. And alas! This evening, was a good one. Haha, it was Old Chang Kee and the soccer field at padang. That was it.
Someone once mentioned that a type C personnel would be simple enough to enjoy simple pleasures like this... muahaha, am I type C ??! I think if given a poll, many would violently disagree. My colleagues said that I'm definitely not a type C. Neither am I type D. I'm confused. Can someone please categorize me?
Nonetheless, a person's personality wouldn't always stay the same. It might be slanted towards another after a while. Well, I would like to make that statement with a slight disclaimer. There ARE people, who's CHAO KUAN never changed. Of late, I just noticed one. I call him the Iron Man. No, he doesn't take part in the Tri-challenge. Neither does he run much during soccer games, or any other sports alike. In fact, he doesn't run. And that has remained a fact for the number of years I have known him. period.
And so, it was indeed a refreshing time albeit physically tired from the day's activities.
whoopido! An exciting last quarter of the year awaits!
Take time off and stone. *wink
