Tendon impingement
Not funny.
So much for badminton and massages.
It's true, our body is fragile and there is a need for us to hold onto that responsibility just to take good care of what is given us. The shoulder needs rest and I have a long while more to go.
PSA over the last couple of days was indeed a refresher for me. It was refreshing. I must admit that the physical stamina wasn't there. Fatigue seemed like it was written all over me yet I couldn't show it. Some said I was lame. Others expressed that the library got extra cold. While there were still some who said I need to read up a joke book to improve.
"Wah lau, majiam whatever man." - WMWM. now, that's lame.
If you ask whether I still enjoy the trainings - yes.
Am I still physically strong to go through 3 days - yes.
Would you like to go on with full days after 3full days - No.
Do you have a choice on that matter - No.
Is there anything you're doing abt it - Yes.
When would it take action - I hope I can get down to doing it in the coming week. This ain't any 'set-a-goal' and 'get-it-done-and-over-with' kind of action. 1 wrong step and you stay.

Why do we find it hard to do the things that we really want to do?
Is it a sign to move?
'O' lvls results are coming up on the 12th, 2pm.
Unfortunately, I will have to be at a school and can't visit the 10 other schools to hear from them. Hopefully I get emails - whether positive or negative news. As an Asian, I just want to hear news. And so... the journey continues.
